Instructions:

1. Fill-in the form fields for the first person attending.

2. Click the "Add to Cart" button. (Repeat steps 1-2 for each additional person.)

3. Your Shopping Cart will be opened in a New Window or New Tab. (This may be blocked if you are using a pop-up blocker, in which case you will need to allow pop-ups from this site.)

4. Click the "Check out" button in your Shopping Cart Window to enter your billing info & make payment.
